Super Buu never powered up in the Rosat

As Gotenks had to transform into a SSJ3 to open the hole , Super Buu did it just like him , means he powered up. /Mastermind does it again..

We've been through this I don't even know how many times. It is very heavily implied that he powers up when he makes the hole in the rosat.
